Like the title says, I pre ordered Quantum Break and got a physical xbox one copy. I got it at a nearby Microsoft store. I knew the keys would be sent out a week or so later, so I waited but never got one. Hoping to get this resolved
now. I have the original email receipt from April which details the pre order. Thanks a bunch.

Haven't received my Quantum Break code

On April 3rd, I pre-ordered Quantum Break through the Xbox Store, specifically for the Windows 10 version promo code. It's now been over a month since the game's release and I still haven't received the code. I did receive a code for Alan Wake but not Quantum
Break. So where is it? Thanks.

No Quantum Break code

Hi,

I pre ordered Xbox One Quantum Break bundle from retailer in february. I received my Xbox One in 5th April. I haven't yet received Windows 10 keys code for Quantum Break.

Hey there marcusanddoom,

This promotion was only for digitally purchased versions of Quantum Break, a physical copy would get you Alan Wake plus the 2 DLC packs or Alan Wake: American Nightmare in some cases, but not a Windows 10 key unfortunately.

You would have needed to purchase the game digitally on an Xbox One console in order to receive the Windows 10 copy for free. This is also the case for Xbox Play Anywhere titles going forward. Games such as Gears of War 4, ReCore and Forza Horizon 3. When
you purchase the game digitally, you're able to obtain the Windows 10 version for free. You can find more information and details about the Xbox Play Anywhere promotion HERE.

Where did you purchase Quantum Break? In order to qualify for Quantum Break on Windows 10, you would have needed to pre-order through the Xbox Store or redeem a Quantum Break code before April 4th, 2016.

If you got a code for Quantum Break on Xbox One and redeemed after April 4th, 2016, I'm afraid you do not qualify for this offer.

I Pre-Ordered Quantum Break on April 4, 2016 and I have not yet received the codes for Alan Wake, DLC, American Nightmare, or the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I would like to receive these codes soon. Thank You.

Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.
