Account stolen

I was just wondering if anyone else has had their account stolen. I have a open ticket with Xbox Support. But I am looking for any other advice. I do not understand how the email on my sons account got changed and now we can not access it. Thanks in advance.

my partner son has got my account suspended and ive tried contact through email and it has now forced a new gamertag on me i only had the account 3 or 4 months and it has now been suspended how do i get this suspension lifted and i will never let him use
my account again

Hi bob56 icecrem,

So an account suspension can either be from a due payment for XBL Gold Subscription or from an enforcement action (which would be poor behavior on the account):

- You can find out if it is an enforcement action by logging in with his account at enforcement.xbox.com It will tell you here if the account is clean or if behavior has caused the account to be suspended.

- Then you can go to account.microsoft.com/services and log in to check if it is a payment due on the XBL subscription that is suspending the account.

Let us know if these don't work so we can dig further for you. Good Luck!

Just wondering, how do I get a hold of the agents on the enforcement team. My account got suspended for what I don't know. I talk to 2 people on Xbox and they're both my friends and it's always private chat, secondly I don't message anyone so how is my account

i redeem it using Microsoft store, and i got the email, i am the father so i bought it for my son, and i made sure i used my son outlook account when i did the redeem,

and the thing that is confusing me so much, when i go to my son account to see purchase history, i see nothing, 0

if so how come i got email confirmation that my son bought it?!

so i do not understand what happen wrong

Hi id really like help right now, I got a email for the past couple of months saying my account is suspended due to payment , ok so I use a debit card & the email says "need to pay for these items" so tell me how I got my add ons if I havent paid for them??
