So I got suspended for a dumb reason

so I got suspended for having "nudity or lewd content or extreme offensive content, my profile picture was jade from mortal kombat 9, A GAME ON XBOX, I don't know how this would be offensive or nudity, sure she's sexually appealing but there was nothing
offensive about my profile picture, I got suspended the same day I set that profile picture up, THE SAME DAY, way to judge Xbox enforcement team. This was my profile picture, please someone reply

Got suspended for a really dumb reason.

First, you got a response from someone from the Xbox Enforcement Team. A number of people believe it's an automated system.

Second, a violation is a violation. Xbox does not have any control over most of the game servers. If you're playing Call of Duty, that's managed and controlled by activision. It's their game and their servers. You're just using the Xbox to get there.

If you're in Xbox Chat, that's something that Xbox has control over.

A suspension or ban on the account is imposed when there has been a violation of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use.

- Note: If the violation was significant, the account may face consecutive suspensions and the device could be suspended as well.

If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

- If you're in a party chat and offensive remarks are being made. Your account may receive a suspension just for being in that party if the party is reported.

Got suspended for a really dumb reason.

So I got suspended on Xbox Live the other day because I called a guy that team killed me for no reason "douchebag". So this is how it all happened, I was playing Siege, I joined late, the score was 2-0, we were winning, so I pick the operator Ash, and we
start attacking, the enemy team team kills each other until 2 enemies are left, so we just push in to end the game, but I get shot in the back, so I freak out and turn around, no enemies, then I get shot two more times, I'm downed and need a teammate to revive
me, but it was my teammate that shot me, and so he taunts me by reviving me, then stopping when I'm almost revived, he does this twice, then shoots me, killing me. This is when I send him a message asking "wtf why.???.", then they go in and win the round,
after the game ends he doesn't respond, so I messaged him again with "Douchebag", the second I sent that message, I got a message from XBL saying: "Notice of enforcement action: For more information, check the email associated with your Xbox Live account,
or visit enforcement.xbox.com. So I went to see the enforcement, wrote a case explaining the whole thing, then I get a response saying:

We are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with other users on Xbox Live and understand that there may be unique circumstances, but we must treat all Xbox Live players equally. We hope we can help you understand the enforcement.

The account was suspended for using directed profanity at another player. As a result of the content of the enforcement, we will be upholding this 14-day suspension.

We do realize that this may be frustrating to hear when another user is giving you a negative experience or threatening you, but the best course of action is to mute and block the other player and, if the user is harassing or bullying you, to report the user
to XBLPET for review. We do take communications violations and bullying very seriously, but this does not allow other users to use profane language.

I literally don't get how I got punished for calling someone else out, they go around team killing all they want, and XBL doesn't bat an eye even if you report them for "Unsporting behavior", but when you call them out, "OH NO, THAT'S NOT OK, YOU SAID HE IS A JERK FOR TEAM KILLING? SUSPENDED
FOR BAD LANGUAGE".
