So i got banned for a club?

Club was named " Twitch"

They won't allow me to case review it, they never gave me a warning at all and a real reason behind the ban.

Chat support said i was Impersonating Twitch when i am a twitch user under .

So how can i be impersonating someone who is me?

And if they actually think i am Impersonating twitch then they obviously didn't read or check on their sources about the account on their own website.

I made the group for my twitch followers to follow me on xbox and i think going to a new console is something i am about to do cause this is the 2nd time i was falsely banned on their console cause they get fake reports on my account 24/7 and they allow
it.

Case reviews aren't eligible for 24 hours suspensions. I'm not sure where chat support would have been able to give you that information, since as far as I'm aware they have no details on the suspension aside from what you're looking at. Most of the time
I've seen something like this it's due to what it says (profanity, sexual content, references to notorious groups, etc.)

It doesn't matter if everyone agrees. Profanity is a violation of the code of conduct.

If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
in doing this Here is how to do it.

You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

I have also gotten banned due to looking for group posts, and it was for no reason at all. One time Microsoft banned me for misspelling a word that sounded inappropriate
