Ok, guys, finally i got my happy ending. I was really busy with university these last days, and i was kind losing hope with this issue, but today i remembered to check my email and saw that Microsoft sent a refund. Unfortunatelly PayPal has many taxes, so
i lost a few dollars, but it's ok, at least i got the money back. Microsoft didn't call me or sent me any email, but at least they sent the money and solved the problem My PayPal account is blocked to make any payment for Microsoft now, so i can't buy anything
from them using it, but after what happened, i don't know if i'd make a any payment to them anyway. Glad this is over. Good luck for anyone that is having issues, just remember to call Microsoft at least one time.
