SECOND TIME MAKING THIS POST. THANKS FOR DELETING MY ORIGINAL POST FOR BEING UPSET AND WANTING SOMETHING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS TRASH SITUATION???? REGARDLESS YALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER. WHY IS HE ABLE TO TRASH TALK AND CURSE ME OUT BUT THE MOMENT I SAY SOMETHING BACK I GET A 2 DAY COMMUNICATION BAN??? I SEE WHY PLAYSTATION CONTINUES TO GROW BECAUSE XBOX ENFORCEMENT LIKES TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT THEY WANT TO DO/WHO THEY WANT TO PROSECUTE AND BAN. COOL. THANKS XBOX FOR TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR OVER A DECADE LIKE THIS. I AM CONSTANTLY GETTING BACK TO BACK COMMUNICATION BANS BECAUSE I DEFEND MYSELF AGAINST PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHO CUSS ME OUT AFTER GAMES IN DEAD BY DAYLIGHT ALONGSIDE RAINBOW SIX SIEGE. BUT THE ENTIRE TIME IM FILING 4-5 REPORTS ABOUT UNSPORTING BEHAVIOR/VOICE COMMUNICATION/HARRASSMENT, NOTHING GETS DONE RIGHT???? COOL. THANKS GUYS YOU’RE SO HELPFUL AND GREAT AT YOUR JOBS.

In situations like that, report and block instead of responding. As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will take the appropriate action as well. Just because they may not have received an enforcement action the same time you did, it doesn't mean they won't.

So this is what i’m getting, that is it and i have checked my spam and i have no emails. If i was told what he had done and he was wrong, then so be it, he would deserve the ban, but not knowing thats just cruel. Please tell me how an 8 year old learns
from his mistake when he doesn’t know what he’s done????

 

Not that I’m aware of, he’s had his account for a few years now and this is the first time I’ve heard of him getting banned. He doesn’t usually do anything that would lead to it either. As far as I know, his friend wasn’t happy about getting blocked for getting personal and that’s what caused this.

You’re the problem, that doesn’t violate guidelines but the system doesn’t recognize that so it just auto bans because of the 200k… I’m not dumb, but you are the problem, it’s really unfortunate I can’t appeal this, it’d get swapped immediately I bet.

The enforcement team does not give out enforcement actions with(out) doing an investigation, so people randomly reporting you will not get you ban unless the(y) find an actionable offence. **(<sp)**

How exactly do they determine wrong doing? I personally someone who has been unjustly communications banned, enforcement told us (yes, I was there when they were talking to them on speaker phone) that he was banned for inappropriate voice communications.
He didn't even use or OWN a mic.. Therefore making inappropriate voice communication impossible. No, he did not have a kinect either. We both know it was because some kids were upset that he was MUCH better at Black Ops 2 than they were. This case was more
than a year ago, probably closer to 2 years ago. But I digress, he was still communications banned for 14 days because he allegedly engaged in inappropriate voice communication. With no headset, or any way of communicating though voice on the Xbox Live service.

So I get a communication ban and he doesn’t???
