So I can't talk in a party with only my friends because I'm comm banned?

I sent messages to two people that had a cuss word in it and got comm banned. I didn't get a warning or anything, just a straight up ban. I hadn't played xbox in a long time and I didn't know they turned into sensitive dictators. It's whatever though, I
understand that I should be comm banned cause I was mean in the messages. However, I don't understand why I can't talk in parties anymore that are exclusively me and my friends. Does xbox feel the need to censor me from my friends? There's a mute button, a
kick button, and a leave party button. Why am I not allowed to talk to my friends? Luckily, this was enough to get them to just buy Overwatch on PC and now we play it on there. Definitely didn't feel like waiting 7 days for me to get unbanned from your ****
system.

Stay soft, Xbox. Maybe soon your system will completely die out and everyone will realize PC is better anyways. I heard they don't ban people on there cause they said 2 bad words. Haha

So me and my friend played one day and I accidentally blocked comms with him I re did everything so we could talk again but now we can't join each other's party but we can if a another friend is in

 

I can't hear my friends in party chat and I can't respond to any messages?!

I can't hear my friends in party chat and I can't respond to any messages. Whenever I try to respond to a message it says I cannot respond because of past behavior, but I don't recall doing anything! Normally I'm just muted and only talk to my friends
when I find it necessary. Can someone please help me be able to hear/talk to/and message my friends?
