Discus and support so i cant renew my gold early for some reason in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; always bought physical cards from shops and renewed a month or so before old one expired but this year being more lazy than ever i bought a amazon...     so i cant renew my gold early for some reason


    always bought physical cards from shops and renewed a month or so before old one expired

    but this year being more lazy than ever i bought a amazon digital code for my live again before my expiry date 25/01/2014

    code is recognised as 12m gold but i could note redeem

    contacted support and it turns out i may have to wait until my current live runs out

    i never had this problem before

    the only thing that has changed this year a few months ago i finally got round to to removing my original credit card that expired in 2008 and added my current debit card for live purchases etc

    gave the code to my buddy and it worked and redeemed ok so i have no idea wtf is going on

    Bought xbox live early year for 1 year and today it says i need to purchase xbox live help

    I bought xbox gold/live early january, an entire subscription for 1 year but for some reason today I try to play an online game and it says i need to purchase xbox live/ gold i cant even start my own party or join one, someone help

    I cant renew my xbox gold, even when i click pay now for overdrawn time, after that i buy a month more gold but xbox take my purchase but then say, sorry we cant process your purchase. How do i renew gold properly, and whats wrong

    What do I do?

    Did you have Ultimate before this? If not then that may be the reason why it was billed early. If you added an Ultimate membership on top of an existing Gold membership then it may have billed early. If that's the case then you wouldn't be billed until the next renewal date. You can check when the next renewal date is via https://account.microsoft.com/subscriptions
