    how do you buy a game with the money you have on the xbox conscole. when it keeps saying error every time even thought you have anof for the game.

    Are you trying to purchase the game from Xbox.com??? , try from the console, the currency on your account will be avaliable on there.

    Really? Even on the console? Does it not show up at the top of the list?

    Even if the item you are downloading costs more than you have money in the MSA it shows up at the top of the list as a greyed out listing.

    Can you go to
    https://commerce.microsoft.com     and verify the money is there? Now on the console go to Settings/Account and verify that it is also under payment options.

    If you try making the purchases from a console, you will be able to use the money on the account (MSA).

    Since the update away from Points, the Web Store has been unable to accept the money in MSAs as a payment option.
