So...I "bought" that 30 Days XBOX Live Gold and played just fine for 1 hour,then...

...I turned off my console and after some time I logged in and surprise! When I try to play any Multiplayer online the "Get Gold membership" popup appears and apparently I'm not gold anymore.

But when I check my subscriptions it shows I have it until 10/10,yet I can't play online anymore.

Anyone had this problem before? Is it because it is the "30 days trial"? I guess it doesnt have the Multiplayer benefit? I had to put my credit card info for that...So even if costs 0$ I'll have to pay after it expires.

Bought that 30 days trial of Live Gold,the support removed it so I could re-subscribe and it wont let me

So,I bought that 30 Days trial of Live Gold and after playing for 1 hour or so it suddenly stopped working.

I bought it to test Overwatch free weekend,played it a bit and after I tried to play again the gold membership wasnt working.

I tried the support today and after many tries of rebooting and power cycling,the support offered me to "cancel" my subscription they would refund me,and I could buy it again.

I accepted it,because I thought it would RESET the subscription (like,it never happened) but instead it just "expired". I'll get my refund in 1~3 days but yeah,the trial is "free" (I just had to link my credit card so I can auto renewal) so I'll get nothing
for refund.

And now even if the "Try 30 days of Live Gold" offer appears I can't buy it because I "already used" my 30 days of XBOX Live even though I played for like 2 hours MAX.

I guess they can't do anything about it,right?

Since your gamertag shows as Free here on the forums, I think the problem is that you aren't Gold at all. The 30 day Gold trial offered to new gamertags created on a console is a true Gold membership and shows as such on the forums; since your gamertag
shows as Free, you didn't get the Gold trial. (In contrast, the 48 hour Trial codes included in some games offer certain online multiplayer features but do
not show the gamertag as Gold.)

Since you've got played games going back years, I think you've misunderstood the 30 day Gold trial. It is only offered to new gamertags created on a console (up to three new GTs). If you download your old gamertag to the new console, you do not get another
Gold trial.
