So I bought a year of Xbox Live Gold.

My Xbox live gold ran out a while ago and I wanted to renew it, so I bought the digital year of xbox live gold. Knowing that it had went through I went on but I found out I couldn't really use it but here I am confused on why I see that in the subscriptions
tab it says that it was lastly charged on 7/26/2017 expires 7/26/2017 so I just thought it was a little stuck so I restarted my Xbox and again to my surprise I could not join any parties but showing me screen microsoft just loves.

Adding more Xbox Live Gold

If we already have a month of Xbox Live Gold on an account, and we bought another year of Xbox Live Gold in a store and want to put the code in, will the year of Xbox Live Gold overlap the time we have left or add to it?

 

What's the point of paying for Xbox Live when there's no effort to stop hackers?

I haven`t bought gold in over a year due to the state of xbox live.

 

Log into account.microsoft.com and see if you were charged and if the subscription can be viewed there. If you were charged and did not receive it you may have to speak with billing at support.xbox.com/contact-us
