So i bought a Xbox one Bundle with minecraft but i does not show in ready to install

Redeemed DLC not showing as ready to install.

Recently bought my son an Xbox one with Minecraft/ Minecraft Story Mode and Explorers Pack as a bundle. Set it up and installed the codes as instructed on the cards that came with the bundle. Minecraft works, Story mode works....however the Explorers pack
dlc is nowhere to be found. I've been to the "Ready to Install" area 'cos I read somewhere that you need to install redeemed dlc's through the game itself. But no luck. It is not showing up. However if I attempt to redeem the code again it says its been redeemed
to my account.

Any ideas on how this can be fixed?

Twisted Pixel Bundle Comic Jumper not appearing in ready to install!

With Comic Jumper recently becoming backwards compatible, I turned on my Xbox One and went to my Ready to Install list to download and the game was not there. I bought the game as part of the digital Twisted Pixel Bundle on Xbox 360 a while back which gave
me 4 games including comic jumper as a bundle. When I look at comic jumper's individual page it does not show as purchased so this may be why the game is not appearing in my ready to install list although I still do own the game!

Im wondering if this is a known issue that will be fixed or if other people have the same problem. There were other digital bundles sold that contain backwards compatible games like the Fable Trilogy- have those owners been able to play their Fable 2 and
3 games if they only bought them through that bundle? Or is this only a problem for owners of the Twisted Pixel Bundle?

We appreciate you reaching out to us. Bundles are different retailer to retailer. Official bundles, with pictures of the games on the console box, will either include a copy of the physical of the game, or more often, have a card in the packaging with a
redemption code printed on it. Alternatively, some retailers will have bundles they put together. This will be external products, meaning they won't be inside the console box and will be included at the time of purchase. This can be either a physical item
or digital code. This can also mean that the digital code can be printed on the receipt at the time of purchase to be redeemed on the console. If you're having trouble locating the products that should be included with your particular bundle, we recommend

HI, after you click to download, does it show up in the queue in your "My Games & Apps" category? Depending on if you bought the Digital Deluxe or Digital Legacy Edition, try finding the bundle and clicking the menu button, and clicking "Manage
Bundle" and see if it is listed under "Ready to install" It may also be in the "Ready to install" category of "My Games & Apps"

Same here, bought the Mafia III Pre-order Bundle.

Wont show up in "Ready to Install" (like the most Games i pre-ordered.)

I thought its Pre-download ? Different Versions ?

I am also having the same problem. I purchased xbox one gears of war bundle. In ready to install no game is there and if i go to browse all game and pick gears of war 2 or 3 or judgement it shows bundle only and when i click on that it shows 'we did not
find anything'. What to do ?

The Home Xbox system allows one person to set a console as their Home Xbox and that allows any other profile on that Xbox to download and play any of the Digitally bought games from that profile.

Digital licenses go with the profile that purchased them.

Any console that is set as a profiles Home console will show their digitally bought games in the ready to install section automatically on that console.

So in your situation if you have your Xbox set as your friends Home Xbox their digitally bought games would automatically show up in your ready to install section on your console, if their are no games showing up in your ready to install section then that
profile they gave the sign in information for does not have any digitally purchased games on it.

You can sign into an account at account.xbox.com and go to the my games link at the top and it will show you any Xbox One games that the profile you are signed into on that website has on their account.
