    So two days ago I was being ganked in For Honor, I contacted one of the guys doing it asking why. He made the conversation aggressive, not me. But I did end up retaliating in the chat aggressively. I understand that that isn't okay and I fully accept the
    consequences that come with it. But then the next day I get another enforcement for Harassment, Abuse, and Threats. Which comes with a 2 week suspension of any multiplayer on any games. Which by the way I hadn't even played that day at all so it had to be
    from this guy. The thing I am confused on is how.

    The only person I could have received a valid report and punishment from already did. The guy I was talking about already had reported me the day before and I received my enforcement on communication. That's fine I deserve it. But I hadn't done anything
    violating code of conduct with anyone else, so where did this second enforcement come from? Sure the aggressive chat lasted several messages, but the report only covers the chat not individual messages right? Because if it covers individuals messages then
    he and I both have about 5 messages that we could spam report on. Effectively if it is an entire enforcement on each message we could put enforcement on the other one 5 times. I can't imagine this is how it works. So then it has to be based on one single chat.
    And I already have the enforcement from that single chat, a chat that only lasted about 15 minutes. So I would really appreciate to know how someone can give me two enforcements over the course of two days from a single incident.

    By the way I did file a case review and they decided to uphold the decision. Saying "This suspension was issued following an investigation that included consistent community feedback which helped establish a pattern of negative behavior". But that can't
    be since the only person that could fill out a valid report(meaning they had valid evidence and reason for a report to be made and go through to enforcement) had already done so, and if you accrue every enforcement I have had(in total 4) then the last one
    before this would have been weeks prior, and a month prior to that one, and two months prior to that one. That is in no way consistent. So the only thing it could mean was this guy gave me two reports on two different messages in the same chat, that were both
    treated as separate instances for enforcement. That doesn't make sense and effectively means I could get banned before this is all over from a single chat if he goes and reports each message. That really doesn't make sense, seeing as it is two whole weeks
    of no multiplayer(which the only games I have and play are multiplayer exclusive) this seems to be very drastic.

    One more thing I would like to address is the suddenness of this enforcement. The best warning I ever got was vague. That message at the very end of each enforcement saying the permanent version of the temporary suspension I got. That's fine but not only
    is this not a permanent suspension, I wasn't warned it would happen. I mean it's not asking much for a little message saying "Hey if we get another report you get this two week suspension", that's not a lot to ask. I got the same enforcement of communication
    as the other ones, all containing the same information about the temporary communication suspension I was receiving for that enforcement and the same warning about a permanent suspension if I were to get it. But never once did any of them warn of a temporary
    suspension of Xbox Live privileges outside of communication. Just the permanent version. And as stated before this enforcement didn't have anything different saying about an upcoming temporary suspension. So I have to wonder, why? Why not just include that
    warning. It would have been great to at least be informed that this would happen. Instead of it just happening. In each of the four enforcements it warned me about the consequences inside a permanent suspension, but none of them even mention a temporary suspension
    outside of the communication temporary suspension I got from each of the enforcements. Believe me I wouldn't have messaged anybody ever if I was at least told that these enforcements could lead to a temporary suspension that was outside of communication. I
    mean the first enforcement I got was months ago and it said the same thing as all the others so I have no way of basing when something could happen so I can better avoid it. Which now that I am thinking about it is kinda weird that each of these enforcements
    are temporary on communication but have nothing to do with actual gameplay, then out of the blue I am suspended from multiplayer for something related to communication. Wouldn't it make more sense to have the suspension actually affect something to do with
    communication instead of gameplay to which I have never received a report or enforcement?

    This whole situation has confused me to no end. How I can get a suspension on a part of Xbox Live I have never had a report or enforcement on, how the same person can give me two enforcements from the same incident over the course of several days, how the
    case review doesn't even make sense on its logic to keep the decision, or how it just happened without so much as a warning about when and if it could happen. This has really made my experience with Xbox not good right now and as someone who has been with
    it for almost 7 years I have never had this much difficulty with Xbox Live, or this little transparency on the consequences of actions. I just want to play the games I have and use the Xbox Live I paid for to play the games, if I am not being reported for
    anything to do with the actual games then it makes no sense for me to be punished on that part of Xbox LIve. I understand punishment and consequences, but this is too far, and in an age where most games are primarily online this enforcement might as well be
    a full suspension, instead of hidden behind the idea that "it's only multiplayer". A much more fitting and appropriate enforcement would to have an extended communication suspension, or suspend communication through certain games, so thing's like people going
    through for honor couldn't contact others in the game. That makes sense. But to punish me for parts of the Xbox experience I haven't abused, that just confuses on the point of even having privilege specific enforcement at all.

    I'm sure this is a fault on somebody's part, whether on the case review staff on what elements dictate a fair enforcement, or mine on ignorance for how the enforcement system works. I have the utmost respect for the Xbox team and fully accept the punishments
    given to me when they are fairly placed. I don't want to cause troubles for them, but this is extremely confusing and is an extreme reaction. I don't think I deserve this, and beyond that to just give enforcements around without so much as a warning that "hey
    this next one will do this", makes the entire experience even worse. I know I wrote a lot here and thank you for reading it, but I feel like it's important to be as clear and transparent as possible in these situations to reach a reasonable conclusion. I just
    want clarity on these issues, because it has left me very confused and if a punishment is going to be as severe as a two weeks suspension on multiplayer, I feel I at the very least deserve to understand why that would happen. Thank you for reading this and
    I hope somebody can help me resolve this, and if not at least clarify what is happening, what the boundaries for this kind of enforcement are, and why I wasn't informed it would happen.

    Very confusing

    I love the songs and I love that I sweat! I hate that the person showing you the moves is looking at you. This confuses the kids (and me). You have to remember to use the opposite foot and arm as they are on the TV. The game would be better if the person was standing with their back to you. You could then mirror the moves.

    All reports aren't always reviewed by Enforcement immediately; the Enforcement staff could be reviewing reports (from days to weeks ago) and taking action now, which is why some people get additional suspensions unexpectedly stacking on top of a current
    one.

    There are no "warnings" with Xbox Enforcement. Reviewing the
    Xbox Code of Conduct
    is best considered the "warning" to all, if anything.

    If your case review results in "decision upheld", there is nothing else to do but sit out the rest of the suspension that you were issued.

    Unfortunately, nobody here has access to your Enforcement records (as the Enforcement team doesn't post here), so the forums won't be much help for you.

  5. The thing is it couldn't have stacked. I checked my chat history and I don't delete any of my chats. Every possible code of conduct breakage has been enforced. Any of the chats in my history that have a code of conduct breach have resulted in enforcement.
    So the only possible source of another report is from someone who has already reported me. Which makes me think it the system if broken or something, especially when a case review is the last stand and you can't do anything after the fact.

    Messages only stay there for 30 days before they are automatically deleted so this could quite easily be for something that happened before then.

    Communications covers other things as well.

    As Internet Expert said,there is nothing anyone on the forums can tell you as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    I am so confused

    First, you need to harvest the four elements via planet scanning. Once you have enough, go to the Research deck (where Mordin is) and on the wall opposite the hallway leading to the communications room, are two glowing orange panels. One tells you what research
    you've completed, the other IS the one you need to research upgrades. There are four options here: Weapons, Armor, Ship and Prototype. Open up one tab, and the projects you can complete are highlighted (ones you can't as you don't have enough base materials
    to make then, are greyed out). Only THREE Ship Upgrades are really needed imo (as these three carry over into ME3, but also help when you go through the Omega 4 Relay): Jacob's Heavy Armor, Garrus's Thanix Cannons and Tali's Shields.
