    So why is it when there is an in depth account issue you need help evaluating and fixing Microsoft either just refers you to self help which refers to an agent over chat which isn't help, if anything more of a review of the headache situation, and runs full circle because all they do is repeat the alrwady known. The support is limited and to call them is annoying on its self, but the lack of help and the complete waste is the time it takes, even if you get a person you get told what you already know, asked to do the same repetitive tasks, which inevitably leads to more frustration and prlogand nothingness progresses. 24/7 support? First off 24/7 support doesn't include an AI basically saying dont care, and 2nd off if someone is there to answer aren't they supposed to be i dont know...... a crazy idea but what about helpful. For years I have had a legacy email linked to my Xbox account i cant access because SBC was bought out by ATT, the .sbcgloabal.net domain is well dead, I thought nothing of it in the 2000s, but now I cant log into anything prompting for Microsoft verification, I mean holy f, what happened to just playing a game. I feel like just trying to play something now is like filing a tax return... and I seriously have to wait 30 days when things are changed for it to take place? Cool, ill wait another month to enjoy the entertainment I paid for. And of course they are ending the forums, another contribution to them caring and hearing.

    Hello Steffan, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    It does look as though you finally managed to get into your account as you said you need to wait 30 days. As for the Support issue I do have to mention that a Microsoft Advocate who are official support will not help with account recovery. This is to help protect your account as Support cannot be completely certain that you are the actual owner of the account.

    Customer service doesn't deal with the handling of codes, nor are they given infinite knowledge of the other departments of Microsoft, they rely on information from those departments. Not only that, but Microsoft's customer service is so limited in what
    they can do. You're telling us incorrect information, while we keep trying to tell you the truth. How are you being helpful when you keep trying to refute fact? I even provided you with an email FROM Microsoft telling you that this IS a Microsoft promotion,
    so why argue it? Do you really think that customer service always knows everything? Did you not read the vast amount of posts containing information from past customer support information regarding this subject to find out that customer support simply does
    not know everything?

    Didn't relies i had a tenure problem till my account was suspended to the year 9999

    So if you have someone using your account at the time with out you knowing, how does it make it fare for the person who is the owner of that account to be banned by someone else's doing? I swear Microsoft does not have any balls to make good customer service.
