So how am I supposed to switch to my other Xbox account?

Let me rephrase what I posted before:

Two Xbox accounts are under the same email, and that email happens to be the email for my Microsoft account. So when I go to log into Xbox.com, it's logging into the Xbox account that I don't use, and I want to log into the one I do use.

I didn't have my own account yet though. How am I supposed to be responsible for that when I am 8? My parents wouldn't let me have my own account yet, and they assumed you could switch stuff over, because you can do that with almost any other service.

My account got hacked last year and switched from a US account to a Russian Account. I tried to have my account switched back and they told me that region switches could only happen once a year. They couldn't do anything for me, even though they verified
that my account region got switched after the hack.

All of a sudden, region changes aren't possible? Am I supposed to be stuck with a Russian Account forever? And lose all of the games I've bought on my this account? How ridiculous is that?

Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.

Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again. You can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

You don't get to that site because you are in a Microsoft family but because child's account cant view their privacy settings an adult is required to add him to a Microsoft family here

After the adult account creates the family and adds the minor's account to his family In order for you to be able to play multiplayer, you must change the privacy settings of your account. It can be done here
