    So here I am yet again, not enough deposited into account


    So after making a thread (Yesterday was the 30th, credits still not deposited into my account.) explaining I bought an xbox one S special edition bundle that entitled
    me to 50,000 rewards credits on 28TH OCTOBER, They were finally deposited into my account yesterday. However, It states that 5k rewards credits = $5

    so, 50k rewards credits is $50.

    I am british so USD to GBP is $50 - £40.09 to be exact.

    As you guys can see here , I was only given £30.39, whereas I should've been given £40.09 plus I already had 5k credits so I was due just over 55,000 rewards credits.

    So here I am yet again, not enough deposited into account [​IMG]

    I am having trouble with my deposites

    I was told to post in Support, so here goes I have 15,000 credits that have yet to be transferred into money and been deposited into my account.

    My Xbox Rewards MyCredits Haven't Been Deposited, I've waited 12 days still nothing.

    Hello, I had over 15,000 MyCredits and I was told that on the 30th my MyCredits would be deposited into my Microsoft Account, They have not been deposited into my Microsoft or Xbox account yet and I've waited 12 days.

    Per the program's FAQ, 5,000 credits is equal to £3. So the deposit amount would be correct.

    Yes, that is the US FAQ. If you change the region in the bottom left corner, it will show you the correct conversion for your region.

    Hi Nanna. Smwutches is correct. Different regions have different conversion rates. Per the FAQ and Terms and Conditions 5,000 Credits is equal to £3.
