SO frustrated!!!

    I keep getting the following error message when I try to log into Ultimate Word Games: " An error has occurred and your data could not be synchronized with the cloud at this time. If you continue on, your progress will not be saved and you will be unable
    to save any future progress until the next time you restart the game. If this problem persists, please contact our support team or message us on Facebook." This has been going on for the last 4 days, no end in sight. Any suggestions?

    Frustrated...

    Doesn't the game give a little indicator that it's updating your challenges? I just quit and saved whenever I saw it updating my challenges and it's worked so far.

    Frustrated...

    And tonight, the level glitched at the point where the Mammoth gets disabled. The Covenant vessel never appeared and thus I could never go up to it to destroy it. Had to start over AGAIN. UGH.UGH. But the Lone Wolf achievement is finally done.

    It's worse than that. I tried resetting the game, and I've also uninstalled then reinstalled it and each time I log in again
    ALL my achievements - all finished April games and all awards/badges/map progress since Aug 2017
    ARE GONE. How on earth that much cloud data can be affected by whatever this issue is is completely unfathomable to me. I'm reluctant to even play the game right now since it seems like that might establish a new baseline and permanently erase
    the hundreds of days of missing achievements. I'm hoping that there's a cloud backup of my cloud data that can be restored, but without any actual comment from the people in charge I'm incredibly frustrated and completely in the dark.

    Deleting the profile and downloading it again won't reset the family settings passcode. That will only get rid of an account passcode, not one that's globally set for the console.

    You'll need to visit this page here. That page has information on the family settings passcode and how to change
    the passcode or simply turn it off by changing the passcode to nothing. You will need to know the reset code that was previously set or the reset question answer. If you know neither, then you will need to contact Microsoft Chat Support or Request a call via
    this site here. Click Billing & Memberships, under Microsoft Account click Forgot Parental Control Code.
