    So frustrated and upset over Microsoft's inability to solve old and new problems!


    OLD PROBLEMS: I've been trying for a year to get my reward points added to my account with NO success or honest help! I've chatted and formum'd more times than I can count and been told over and over the same things. I've done what I'm asked as many times
    with no results, everything in my account is correct and triple checked for accuracy and I'm getting forum replies that are exact clones of previous ones! No one at Microsoft seems able to help and they won't kick the problem up to those who have the computer
    access rights to do so either! I'm a 59 yr. old programmer myself and know the problem can be fixed in less than a minute if anyone with the proper credentials was told about this!

    At the same time I have movies I purchased via my Xbox 360 and Xbox video that I cannot watch because it tells me there is an error in my account! WHAT ERROR no one seems to know, and again you all refuse to kick it up to someone who can fix the problem.
    I've never seen such inefficiency and blind ignorance such I was boss over 35 girls ages 18 to 24 at Blue Cross and Blue Shield where they were so afraid to talk to their superiors that they would hide troublesome files in the backs of their desks! I call
    that and what you people are NOT doing a bad work ethic!

    NEW PROBLEM: I bought "Destiny" via electronic download on my Xbox 360, which to Microsoft's credit has NEVER given me an actual game or network problem since I purchased the newer version 2 years ago. But THIS game knocks me off-line every ten minutes
    with a "No longer connected to Xbox live GOLD account"! I have to go out to the hone screen where I find I am still connected, but whether I try again right away or shut Xbox down and come back later the same exact thing happens every ten minutes! I'm not
    on any University network or even near one! And I've done everything my experience in the business will allow without any success! Bungie's Forums don't answer and messages that show as posted after I post them are no longer findable the very next day!
    It's no wonder...they haven't even bothered to put their own company name in their forum spellchecker!

    The point is, if you are not going to live up to your promises of support and quality, nor even provide me with honest attempts at doing so, why should I buy an Xbox One? Why should I not return Destiny? I want an honest and responsible reply!

  2. Can't deposit my credits

    Hello

    I have 4,000 credits to be deposit by 15th march and it wasn't deposit. To make thing worse my current credits are going to expire in few days. I ask for my current credits end date to be longer and or combine current credits and as well are new ones so
    that the end date will renew. This has to be done now.

    Also I get frustrated at Xbox live reward inability to solve a problem about not enough credits was put as requested. I getting annoyed to explain over and over just for you to ignore and the problem continue. . I say it again I request 80,000 reward credits.

  3. XBOX Live account support information suddenly invalid?

    It has been 4 weeks since I made a UA request to reset my old account password and unblock my sign in, when I made the request I was able to access my account over the phone by providing the standard name,adress,card number. But today when I called to get
    a status update, they asked if I got an email on the 30th of march, which I didn't, and my access info no longer got me into my account. I am very frustrated at support's inability to provide a service that they said would take about a week, and their sudden
    inability to access my account information, can anybody give some help on what to do? I'd rather not create a new account and buy hundreds of dollars worth of dlc all over again.

    Sorry to hear you're having these issues.

    Unfortunately we can't help here with the Rewards problem. You would need to post in the Rewards section of the forums.

    As for the movie issues. You can check if there are any issues with your account at commerce.microsoft.com. If you cannot find anything out there you would need to contact phone support as this does sound like it could be a billing issue or something that
    they need to look into.

    As for Destiny, I can't speak for what's going on there. If you're getting booted out of matches you should contact Bungie about it to see if it's something to do on their servers.

    Finally, I know you're not considering purchasing an Xbox One but I did want to mention that if you purchased a digital download of the Destiny game for the 360 then you can download a free copy on the Xbox One. That offer is valid until January 15.

    Game pass games simply refuse to launch all hang or crash at startup. Anyone got a real solution and not a canned one?

    Never mind that did not solve the problem. Or to be exact it did solve the problem but created a new problem that prevents me from playing Direct x 12 games. This is so frustrating.

    Unable to use anything on my xbox one, besides games in disc form.

    Factory reset solved the problem, I am upset I needed to do that however. It wastes a lot of time as I now have to reinstall every game I've ever played. I'm also disappointed that I don't know what for sure cause this problem. Hopefully someone over at
    microsoft looks into this problem so nobody else has to deal with this.

    I personally don't mind the ads.. Im a bit of a time waster so i like to scroll over the new ads and see what all the noise is about..
