  2. No one reads these posts. No one corrects the problems with Jigsaw.

    Thank you for posting! I came on here looking for assistance with Jigsaw issues but your posting clearly shows those behind the game are non-responsive. I used to enjoy playing Jigsaw when I first downloaded the game, however within a few months one issue
    after another crept up with no resolution except to close out of the game and then reboot.

    I also have the same problem, and I have checked all the suggested fixes :-

    - Rebooted PC many times

    - All software updated to latest checked every day

    - uninstalled and reinstalled Jigsaw several times

    - Windows firewall ticked for jigsaw

    - 140Gb disk free space

    The fact that solitaire games all download with no problems suggests it is Microsoft Jigsaw that is the problem not my system

    A solution would be appreciated

    0xC03F300D error code logging in to Microsoft Mahjong

    Add me to the list of people with this problem now. So far, I've only seen it in Mahjong. I was able to play jigsaw and solitaire this morning without a problem. I play Solitaire, Mahjong, Minesweeper, Taptiles, Jigsaw and Sudoku daily, so I'll add to this
    post if any of the other games have the same issue. I can log into the Xbox app just fine. All games worked fine yesterday for me. My last Windows update that installed was on 12/5, well before this issue started.

    Running Windows 10 on a Surface Book.

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.
