    So basically I am stuck on how I can change my billing region from india to GB... I mean I already changed it online and xbox one... but every time I try to redeem a free game or prop and I go into validating the payment... it goes to freaking india everytime.
    is there ANY way of changing it to GB? any help is appreciated thanks.

    1 month free xbox live gold trial will not work

    I have just had a new Xbox and am trying to redeem my months free trial of x box live, I have set up my xbox live account and set up my Internet connection, but when I go to redeem my code it says more info is required. It then asks for billing info which
    includes a state (us) and zip code where u can only enter numbers. I am in the uk and can therefore not progress any further, please help

    What error are you getting when trying to redeem a code? Is this also your first time redeeming a subscription code?

    1. If this is your first time redeeming a code. Make sure your billing info is updated. Use this link
    https://commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub/Profile?lang=en-us or go to account.microsoft.com and go to payment and billing > billing info. Make sure everything is filled up.

    2. If this is not your first time redeeming one. I highly suggest contacting chat support or phone support. It is either you have a suspended subscription (unpaid subscription) and so that they can further check the status of your code. :)

    Also make sure that all your account information is current and correct. This includes name, address, billing info, and region. Once that is up to snuff, try redeeming your code again.

    Hi Tyler,

    Thanks for updating us on the issue. Go to the
    account website
    and make sure you have a billing address on file that is current. Sign in on the site, go to your info>then above picture choose contact info>at the bottom go down to address and click on address book. Then add your address for billing.
    Most times this is necessary to redeem codes if it is not on there.
