So can I not even use my reward points or something??

I’ve spent two days straight trying to redeem my reward points for 200 overwatch coins. But when I try to use my phone number, it tells me to use another form of verification. I’ve tried making a new account and adding a family so I can spend the points on a new account, but it doesn’t even transfer over. So I used a new number, off my grandfathers phone and when I tried that it didn’t even allow me to confirm the number then it told me that I needed to try another form of verification. This is so frustrating and I don’t understand why you need a number to spend the reward points that I spent over 400 dollars to get? Please help. Thank you.
