So armored warfare....

So after 6 months i decided to redownload armored warfare, needless to say still disconnects while just sitting in the menu, even a few times i logged in and got disconnected, anyway on to my point when is microsoft going to either remove the scamming
game or make it work, bought the dumb starter pack and never got to use the premium time or boosters since i just didn’t wanna break my controller over free game that i paid for not working, any ideas? Microsoft back when said its up to my.com to refund me
but they wanted all my internet info, which i didn’t have everything so they said no, microsoft said to wait and see if it gets fixed but i mean now they stole from me.... not impressed, like all ireally want is the game to work but at over 100 mb/s not sure
how much i can explain to them it’s thier game not my internet, even a sponsored streamers friend was getting constant disconnections so now what do i do

the game is not made by Microsoft so the only responsibilities are on the developer. You should contact it to see if they can help.

They can tell you if and when Armored Warfare comes to Xbox.

Armored Warfare has suffered from this issue since it's release last August. I suggest you to report this at the game developer's support.
