So appearently my VIP rank went to 4 when it was 5..

so what you told me that me spending over $1000 is "not enough to be considered 5 rank" then what is the right amount of money I am suppose to spend? Thanks and please don't close my thread until I have a chance to reply thank you...

As mentioned in your previous post that you provided, there was no adjustment done on your account. Your progress was accurate.

Every year we perform a re-calibration on MyVIP. We use your VIP progress from the previous year (in this case September 2015-December 2016) to determine your starting rank after this re-calibration. After doing this, we place your VIP progress at a default
level.

Yes. You have to either spend the same amount or more to either maintain your rank or move up each year. If you spend less, you can drop levels.

Is part of you $1,685 include pre-orders, in-game consumables, and/or subscription purchases? Because those do not qualify for MyVip and would not contribute to MyVip progress.

 

its part of the 387 games I bought over the course of the time I have been a member which is about 3 years now since I started in August of 2015. And still have been buying since that date. I just got turned back to rank 4 in the middle of January 2017 which
is past the reset date of the myvip rank reset.

There is a table for MyVIP levels for your region on the FAQ page at (Xbox Live Rewards), under "How is my MyVIP Star Rank determined?" The requirement for five stars for your region is $1800.

so I am literally 200$ short of five star? What was the bracket of last years 5 star since I literally was 5 star VIP not even a month ago if you don't mind me asking..
