    so i got more info for my suspension but it says this.

    so does this mean i can't go online anymore? it confuses me because they say permament suspension impact, but it also says This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges until 31-8-2017 17:35:01.

    am i banned or just temporary unable to go online?

    (btw sorry if my english was not to good).

    Banned not lifted

    I have a comms banned that won't let me play online I did the case review and was still banned for 14 days ridiculous. 10/22/17 at 11:38pm my banned was supposed to be lifted but still can't play online but I am able to sign in? I don't get it?

    That is just a warning in case you get a perm ban. Actually you got suspended till August 31 so use this time to read the Code of Conduct to avoid future bans

    Well if your "Son" got his console banned then he broke the Terms & Use. You will have to buy a new xbox in order to play online. In all console bans there is no reverse on it. It is going to stay like that forever. I hope this helps!
