Snowrunner won't open with game pass, not even a error code

When i try to open snowrunner, the launching tab opens and then closes after a few seconds, no error code or anything. I have played the game before maybe a year ago and not a single issue

I tried repairing and resetting both xbox and xbox services app, deleted xbox services in 3 different ways which none fixed it, deleted the xbox app, signed in and out of my Microsoft and xbox account, i've tried more solution but i can't remember everything. Also reinstalled the game 3 different times. (Everything on my computer is updated)

However after the 2nd reinstall, the game opened and the loading screen was moving, but i had the hour glass mouse cursor for some reason.

After about 15 seconds the game would just close, if i tried opening the game and clicking the game would instantly crash

Some things to note: My microsoft account is different from my xbox account but i can still open any other game with no issue.

I have had this issue with 2 other games from what i can remember, one being grounded which i could sometimes fix by wiping the sync data, and dead by daylight.

Dead by daylight wouldn't work no matter what, i tried for 4 or 5 days i reinstalled windows and still nothing, so i just gave up. Similar situation with this game, (snowrunner) but sometimes i at least got an error code for dead by daylight which still didn't help

Every once a while i get a specific code that doesn't let me open a game but they normally work after a reinstall or two. I can't remember the code though

A lot of information but i haven't seen a solution to this issue anywhere, I'm trying to be as thorough as possible
