    I purchased snowrunner on 2nd of this month the required space was roughly 26gb , a week later was forced to accept a 25gb update or else uninstall game , same again today another 25gb update or else uninstall game. Why

    That's odd... if you "update" the game size increases? (25GB -> 50GB -> 75GB)

    Or if you check the update doesn't take that long and the size is the same?

    Also, are you experiencing this problem on Xbox or PC?

    If its on PC, are you using Windows 10 or 11?

    If its on Xbox, what console do you have?

    With the release date being with 12th of October, they probably tried to process the payment on the 2nd of October.

    If the funds were not available, or the payment method you selected when you pre-ordered was no longer valid, the purchase would fail.

    It isn’t the end of the world. You can still buy the game. Just pre-order it again, with updated payment information.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    That will depend on you. The SnowRunner - Premium Edition (Windows 10) includes the base game, as well as the SnowRunner - Year 1 Pass (Windows 10). What you have purchased which is the SnowRunner - Year 1 Pass (Windows 10) only includes the add-ons/dlcs on this screenshot and not the base game.

    Make sure that the SnowRunner - Year 1 Pass (Windows 10) is installed on your end for you to access its item. On your Xbox App go to "The SnowRunner" then scroll down for you to see the year 1 pass, once you're on the product page, choose "Install this".
