    Snowrunner game on xbox one


    Hello, I bought the digital snowrunner game a couple moths ago and i have played it a lot but for the past 3 days it is not letting me get into the game. When i press on the game is says " We're having trouble with this" and then it proceeds to tell me to
    uninstall the game, i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times already and it just keeps saying " We're having trouble with this". May you please help me out.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    That will depend on you. The SnowRunner - Premium Edition (Windows 10) includes the base game, as well as the SnowRunner - Year 1 Pass (Windows 10). What you have purchased which is the SnowRunner - Year 1 Pass (Windows 10) only includes the add-ons/dlcs on this screenshot and not the base game.

    Make sure that the SnowRunner - Year 1 Pass (Windows 10) is installed on your end for you to access its item. On your Xbox App go to "The SnowRunner" then scroll down for you to see the year 1 pass, once you're on the product page, choose "Install this".

    I refunded two year passes at the same time and both got approved, but i only got the money for only one year pass. I have proof of receipt.

    the one already for refunded. its a SNOWRUNNER year pass, if you dont play snowrunner basically year passes are content that release that year

    Snowrunner is not available as an Xbox Play Anywhere title. If you'd like to play this game on both PC and Xbox, you'd have to either purchase a copy for each platform or subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which currently includes Snowrunner for both Xbox and Windows 10.
