    Snooker 19 Xbox One game - syncing issues


    Hello,

    Please can someone help -

    Trying to play Snooker 19

    and getting error messages -

    0x838601e7

    0x80831002

    I have deleted the Snooker saved data and still doesn’t work.

    I have uninstalled / re-installed the Snooker game but still doesn’t work.

    I understand that the games should be saved in the ‘Cloud’ but I don’t want to ‘Clear local saved’ games’ in case I can’t retrieve them from the ‘Cloud’.

    How can I see what games are saved in the ‘Cloud’?

    Even tried continually ignoring syncing error messages and playing a match. Still didn’t save anything.

    So far, I have deleted saved data for the following games and all synced OK - it's just the Snooker game that has the errors!

    Call of Duty Black Ops III

    Shadow of Mordor

    FIFA 16

    Quantum Break

    Star Wars Battlefront

    I would appreciate any assistance.

    Hi thanks for the reply.

    No other game has a problem (only tried 2 at the moment)

    Cricket 22 and horizon 5 both work without issue on multiplayer.

    Sorry I do not have another Internet to use/try.... But seeing how I've been running PS5 since launch on the same Internet I have now and with the other two xbox games working without issue I really do not think my Internet is the problem here.... The glaring difference is that snooker 19 is an xbox one game while horizon5/cricket22 are both series x.... That seems to be the issue in my opinion. But I will download another xbox one game in the morning to see if that has the same issue.

    Can you not try playing snooker 19 multiplayer yourself to see if it works for you?

    You need to each out to Lab42, the developer of the game, and make then aware of the bugs in the game.
