Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3

Hey! I have Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 and was wondering if there is a way that you can replay the game and receive all the stuff you did when you first played it, minus the achievements? (For example the special sniper rifles that you find along the way) I
have completed the game, and restarted, but when I get to the special rifle cases, the rifle is gone. If I missed this same post somewhere, will someone redirect me to the right forum? I like this game a lot but wish I could replay it just like the first time.
