Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 losing progress

I completed 3 main missions, one side mission and exited to the MM after getting killed in 2nd side mission. The next day, when I resumed the campaign, I had no money, all weapons and armor upgrades were back to new game status, and all collected assets
were gone. What am I doing wrong?
