    Comprei o jogo Sniper Elite V2 Remastered mídia digital e o mesmo está com problemas de no jogo, não consigo passar fases,
    pois armas não atira, personagem passa através de parede e fica preso.

    Quero cancelar a compra e devolução do dinheiro, não conseguesse contato com ninguém da Xbox (Microsoft).

    Preciso de uma solução.....

    I bought the game Sniper Elite V2 Remastered digital media and it has problems in the game, I can't pass levels, because weapons don't shoot, character passes through the wall and gets stuck.I want to cancel the purchase
    and refund the money, I couldn't get in touch with anyone from Xbox (Microsoft).I need a solution.....

    Hey. There's four that I've counted. Gods Remastered, Voodoo Vince Remastered, Sniper Elite V2 Remastered and Sturmfront The Mutant War Ubel Edition aren't in My Library on the App.

    You would need to try replying to the email you received declining the refund in order to contact the refund specialists or try resubmitting your request.
    I did replay many times, it seems disregarded by them.

    I can not resubmit it, there is no option available.

    Please escalate it.
