Sniper Elite V2 Remastered (refund declined)

The reason for what I qualify for this refund is because I did not play this game for more than5-10 minutes. Microsoft is able to verify it.

I only started the game and before finish the tutorial I closed it, uninstalled, and applied to refund.
Per Microsoft: Games and apps are only eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, and only if you've played less than 2 hours across all accounts.
I did not play more than 10 minutes and I am within 14 days of purchase.

The quality of this Sniper Elite V2 Remastered is bad as Sniper Elite V2 which I have.

There is no reason to keep with the game since I have already one.

Can you please reconsider my request?

You would need to try replying to the email you received declining the refund in order to contact the refund specialists or try resubmitting your request.

I did replay many times, it seems disregarded by them.

I can not resubmit it, there is no option available.

Please escalate it.

Hey. There's four that I've counted. Gods Remastered, Voodoo Vince Remastered, Sniper Elite V2 Remastered and Sturmfront The Mutant War Ubel Edition aren't in My Library on the App.
