Sniper Elite 5 doesn't launch on Xbox app

If this has something to do with a specific game - Sniper Elite 5 and that even if you are using the EAC or not the issue persists. We recommend you do report this and contact the game support/developer for investigation. You may need to provide information about your set up.

It would be first time for me to hear that Forza Horizon and a game like Sniper Elite 5 installed from Xbox app will not launch on a Windows device unless there seems to be an issue with the device or the release of update of the game. However, it is by far too isolated if these two games alone would not launch. Let us try another troubleshooting and isolation of the issue.

Have you tried to repair EAC? We know you have mentioned uninstall and reinstall however those were the games, have you tried to do uninstall/reinstall or repair of EAC? You may check that on the support page of the EAC.

Try to install game from Microsoft Store like Minecraft Launcher or Microsoft Sudoku. Launch the game and see if you will have issues.

May we ask if you can try to launch these games with EAC disabled? We understand that EAC is very important for you to start a game. Since, we are trying to isolate the issue here, can we ask if you can at least try to launch the games without EAC? You do not have to play a game we just need to launch the games. Please provide a screenshot of the error message once encounter one.

It happens with forza 5 that I can't launch (like it can launch 7 times and after that idk why he can't), but with just a uninstall and reinstall it was done I could play it, with Sniper Elite its différent I just can't launch the game after the launch I have the "menu" and when I click "play" there is just nothing. I have not a single error message (the error message is from the easy anti cheat which can be deactivated I just want to play solo so I don't really care about that.





That is what I get when I launch with EAC turn on.

I've already launched several games from xbox app butt Shiner Elite 5 is the only one who can't launch, I don't need EAC I just want to launch the game but I have already tried to fix it and it comes with nothing. (I don't have error message just the game don't launch)
