Sniper Elite 4 Season Pass Will Not Run

I Purchased Sniper Elite 4 Season Pass back in April and have been playing it since then. All of a sudden, today it will not let me open or run the game. When I Try I get this message, It tells me to check with the Microsoft store. When I look at my purchase history it is clear as day, but I have no recourse because there is no one to talk to.

The newest DLC Concealed on Sniper Elite 5 Xbox1still doesn't work. It downloads but will not run. Sniper Elite 5 . i own the season pass. Why doesn't it work?

Did Troubleshooting. The new DLC for Sniper Elite 5 doesn't run. That is a fact. A fix is needed in the season pass.

Is this happening on Xbox or PC?
Are you playing in the same platform used to purchase this season pass?
And, when you checked the order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders) did you filtered the orders by "All available"?
I ask this because the default filter is "3 months"
