Sniper Elite 3 not installing

I have been trying to install sniper elite and it installs fine up until 29% then the game stops installing as does the disc drive

This is misinformation dude. This is not Sniper Elite 3. This is Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army. You can't claim this to be the Sniper Elite 3. I'd laugh if somebody who reads this believe what you said, went to Walmart and asked for this game and then went home, popped it in and found out there are no zombies. Just regular Nazis. So anybody reading this, THIS IS NOT SNIPER ELITE 3.

Sniper Elite 3 it not even out yet, your probably talking about Sniper Elite 2.

 

Not an answer I'm afraid but I am having the same issue. Mine installs to 49% and then very slowly advances. My internet connection is poor but I've tried installing it 3 times now since Friday but it always gets stuck. I think my issue might be partly down
to my internet connection crying at the ridiculous size of this patch... having said that I left the house at 7 this morning and came back nearly 12 hours later and it'd made it to 54%, which is ridiculous.

Does anyone know if installs carry on when the Xbox turns off in instant on mode? I know downloaded patches do but I'm not sure about disc access.

 

Good Afternoon! Have either of you tried installing when not connected to the internet? Just a thought, but maybe something to do with the update is holding you up.

 

Hey, kind of along the lines of what drop dead ken is saying, try installing without being connected to your internet. But if you go about it this way, uninstall whatever is installed by going to games and apps. After you uninstall, restart the console,
take out the disc, put it back in and start installing. Should go faster and easier
