Sniper Elite 3 - not even loading!

Hi All,

I've purchased Sniper Elite 3 - it was working fine all day yesterday. Today, the loading screens appears for a second then reverts instantly back to the home screen.

I have uninstalled, removed game data, restarted, reset the console - everything! But still not working!

Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.

Sniper Elite 3 it not even out yet, your probably talking about Sniper Elite 2.

This is misinformation dude. This is not Sniper Elite 3. This is Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army. You can't claim this to be the Sniper Elite 3. I'd laugh if somebody who reads this believe what you said, went to Walmart and asked for this game and then went home, popped it in and found out there are no zombies. Just regular Nazis. So anybody reading this, THIS IS NOT SNIPER ELITE 3.

 

Did you try a power cycle?

Yes power cycle, then power cycle again and again...

That should print that on a sticker on the front of the console.

 

Have you tried to hit the menu button your controller, it will prompt you to manage game, etc.... and at the bottom half of the screen you will see quit. Select that then go back into the game. Mine got stuck loading on the home screen, I exited the game
completely and went back in, works fine now.

 

how is this game by the way? for $10 it's staring at me but even at that price is it really worth it? would be a great steal if so ya know.

 

@Deacon, it reminds me of MGS in a way..... I really enjoy the slow-motion head shot scenes.

They have a shooting range which really reminds me of Resident Evil 4. There seems to be lots of extra challenges and stuff. It is well worth $10, IMO.....

 

yeah $10 it's hard to even beat that even if it is a bad game lol ... i think i'm in .. gonna sharpen my sniper skills then

 

^^ Sniper Elite 3 is one of my favourite Xbox One games to date, co-op with someone you know just puts the icing on the already lovely cake and at this price an absolute
BARGAIN in my opinion!

Powere cycled over and over. Tried to uninstall again and it doesn't let me. I click uninstall and then yes and then it acts like I've never clicked it... Any more ideas?

 

I'm a big fan of the series, and bought it when it first came out. It's lots of fun if you like stealth games, especially with a co-op partner. Mask your shots with ambient sounds, set traps, hide bodies, all that good stuff.

The levels are nice and big, with multiple ways to complete your objectives. Tons of collectibles to find as well. The differences in the rifles are pretty well represented as well.

I've had a few graphical glitches as well, like the scope reticule disappearing, that were all solved by power-cycling the console.

Never got into an online versus match though, the online community seemed pretty dead. Maybe that will change now that it's on sale. I think you can't go wrong for $10.

Nope, no other games. Just this one, and yes it is saved to the internal hars drive. It's really strange, it is like the game is not there but it is!
