Sniper Elite 3 freezing on main menu after I load my save.

It worked fine all day yesterday but when I tried to play it today it freezes on the main menu. I've tried a hard reboot and Uninstalling the title update. I really don't want to delete the save and start all over. Anyone have any ideas.

Dragon Age Inquisition freezes after less than one minute playing

So I was having this same issue. After putting in 14 hours of game time the game started freezing on me after about 1 or 2 minutes. After hard restart multiple times, clearing MAC adress in Network settings and restarting failed to work I decided instead
of selecting Continue on the main menu to Load a second to last save. That worked.

 

Issues with my games not loading/booting up saves.

I picked up Sniper Elite 3 yesterday, was able to play for a few hours. However, later in the night as well as this morning, not only will Sniper Elite 3 not load, neither will any of my other games. I start the games only for the main menu to show,
I click start at which point I just see a constant load screen which it seems to freeze on. This has happened with SNIPER ELITE 3, STRIDER, and VALIANT HEARTS-THE GREAT WAR. I was able to play all of them yesterday, at least till the evening. After turning
off my system, then back on none of my games would load up beyond the start screen. As soon as I would his START the games move on as if they are loading, only to get stuck on various screens. I am at a loss, and made a horrible decision to DELETE ALL MY SAVES!
I can only hope that they are also located on the Cloud and not corrupted. Is this due to the errors with LIVE today? Will this be fixed soon? Or will your new system be like the 360 in that I will have to go through 9+ PLUS SYSTEMS until I get a working one?
I really hope not. Hope to see a solution soon.

 

Hey mate, was the disc installed to the HDD by chance? If it wasn't, try installing and see if you have more luck because that's meant to stop a lot of freezing issues. If it is installed I suggest deleting and re-installing to see if that has any effect:

Also if you feel it is something to do with the save file you can try moving it on to a USB, deleting from the HDD and then seeing if that truly is the problem:

I am having this issue for the first time. Been playing since the weekend with no problems and its just started happening. I have tried an installed and off the disc run of the game, still happens. Only way it will get to the main menu after selecting save
source is if you are not signed into live. you then select sign in which returns you to the title screen then it freezes again

 

Hi, same thing has happened to me 3 times and I refuse to play it anymore until they come up with a patch or something. The only way to get the game to play again is go into where the game is saved and delete the user data and try again. But be warned the
same thing will probably happen again as I said it happened to me 3 times on rank 5,rank 12 then lastly rank 7!! ridiculous! no more! I hope someone figures this out because I actually liked the game! Hope this helps someone!

 

I am also having this problem. only way i can play the is to save it to cloud. Also a friend just told me his game started doing the same thing. All my other games play just fine.

 

Guys this has been an issue from day 1. I bought the game through the market place and installed it direct to my had and it happened the same day. 505 games replied to my complaint by saying a patch is being released within the week (yeah right) on ps4,
xbox one and then 360 shortly after.

Just another case of games being released which are not fit for purpose. If we'd been made aware the game wasn't working properly I personally wouldn't have wasted my money. Rant over. Now to delete my profile save and start again for the fourth time.
