Sniper contracts 2

I pre-ordered contracts 2 which said series x enhanced. By playing the game I noticed that the frame rate was awful leading to it being unplayable. I filtered my games and apps to show series x enhanced games and sniper contracts 2 wasn't in there. I requested a refund from Microsoft and got declined because I played it. This is a simple case of digital goods being miss-sold. What can I do?

You might want to reply to the refund email, and explain what happened to appeal the decision!

Thanks for the reply I've already tried that. I was even overcharged. I pre-ordered at £35 and now it's £33.

Thanks for coming to the forums. This is most likely a glitch. Does it continuously happen? If so, you may want to uninstall and reinstall the game. Let us know how it goes.

You may want to try the controller with other games to see if you have controller issues but it does sound like it could be a bug.
