Sneaky, misleading and purposely obtuse

I think the Xbox One service in NZ is flying pretty close to a consumer affairs complaint. Advertising games as 'free', you download them only to find you have to have Gold Live to play. I joined the games subscription only to find the bulk of the games
don't work - and they're heavy downloads. I used the online feedback to point out the problem and no response. Plus nobody tells you that if you don't want to pay for the subscription again, you can't play the games. While it may seem obvious to some, this
kind of thing sucks kids in and is a world of hurt for parents trying to navigate them around it. The fact that you can sign up for Gold or Games with a click, yet have to spend hours searching for a way to cancel the subscription is underhand. If this was
pitched at the general population, there'd be outrage. But because kids, teenagers, and young adults are less likely to complain about such things, Microsoft continues to get away with it.

That means absolutely nothing, it reminds me of when people say, Oh look 300 website hits in only one day, yeah it's actual visits that count,, and what's to say people are looking at Xbox at the moment to try and figure out what to get, those stupid stats
