snapshot doesn't work on live TV

Discus and support snapshot doesn't work on live TV in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't take snapshots when watching live TV (OneGuide).     snapshot doesn't work on live TV


    I can't take snapshots when watching live TV (OneGuide).

    Is this a bug or is this feature just not there

    Live doesn't work

    I have got a 2 days trial xbox live gold, with a valid code, but when I use it I can read:"retry, there's an error with Microsoft, retry after"

    what can I do?

    PS sorry for my english but im italian (and young)

    Live doesn't work

    A few hours ago i redeemed a prepaid code for 3 months of Xbox Live. However, when i start up my game (Overwatch, in this case) it says i need to buy Xbox Live before i can play, suggesting i don't have it. When i look at my subscriptions its there aswell,
    and it says i have it until the 26th of February. But in the store (where you can download the gold games) it says i have Xbox Live Gold until the 27th of February, but still i can't go online.

    Yes, the snapshot. But I consider the snapshot part of the actual game--it certainly is not modding.

    I'm having this issue as well, my tv in my living room works fine but my tv in my bedroom won't work with my xbox one. i've plugged my laptop and my cable tv hdmi into the tv in the bedroom and it works fine but when i try my xbox it doesn't work. However
    it works in my living room.

    Well we can't watch tv anymore. Please fix this issue with highest priority. The most important app on a tv is watching live tv. If that doesn't work you've failed.
