Snapping Skype's typed Chat.

Okay SO i understand you can snap skype for a voice call and such... But why the hell does it enlargen when you want to chat and type to someone... I mean like can this become a thing? I use skype to msg people who are on the go all the time because a
lot of people hate facebook. I was really surprised and confused when I couldn't snap the typed chat and switch between my game and typing with making skype full screen

You can snap skype, or not even have it up and still use it. Whenever party chat goes down me and my friends just do a group skype call.

it might be a good time to put a few of the sub forums in, Kinect voice studio is back again on the 360, but phrases are geared more towards the One with lots of snap, Skype and TV remote types of commands.

 

The snap feature only takes up about a quarter-ish of the screen in total. This much is not enough to fit an on screen keyboard without either making the keys REALLY small, or making them take up the whole snapped app.

 

The kayboard can take up the whole screen... like if your stopping in the middle of a game to msg someone quickly you have to switch to the skype snap anyways. Duh. the kayboard can take up the whole screen. just the message will show up in a little side

Current Snap implementation for Skype is very basic, yes. There are further improvements planned - hopefully chatting in Snap mode is one of those.

 

I didn't see the post before about the simplicity of the snap feature. I really wanted to post this as an idea feedback for the development of the snap feature in hopes someone who could possibly make it happen would see it. I would love to see chatting
in snap mode + a chatpad
