Discus and support Snapping Live TV in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I believe that in a new update there should be the option to snap things bigger on the sides or to even move them to the top of the screen or to the...     Snapping Live TV


    I believe that in a new update there should be the option to snap things bigger on the sides or to even move them to the top of the screen or to the bottom or to the right of the screen. The Live TV Screen snapped is alittle small to see scores and other
    things even on a 60 inch TV. Can this feature be updated?

    I do not think you are using the right command for the tv. If the Xbox is not listening then it won't recognize the command channel up ( I am not sure if chanel up is a command. I know on the one guid you have page up, but I dont think channel up.) I would
    try using "xbox.. watch...(whatever channel you want)" If you want the guide, say xbox... one guide. Then from there you could page up, or down, but only if the xbox is listeninig. If it is not listening then say xbox, or xbox select.

    As far as muting the tv while in snap mode while you are playing a game, I am also unsure on this. I was wondering the same thing and searching around but could not find anything on it.

    Snapping Live TV

    You're not the 1st to request this and although it's a good idea and might potentially come in the near or distant future, please understand that doing something like this is time and resource intensive, meaning it's probably harder to implement than you
    think. In the meantime, why don't you head on over to Xbox Live's new feedback site and vote on some of the ideas that share similarities with yours or post the idea there yourself. Snapping Live TV ;)

    If you use the Time Warner Cable App can you snap live tv on the Xbox one using that app? Or does it have to be connected the cable box for the live tv snap feature to work?

    Hi, I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but here are some possible answers:

    -You can switch between the snapped and fill app by saying "Xbox Switch" or double-tapping the Nexus/Xbox button

    -You can't mute Live TV when snapped right now

    -You can snap TV to a game, but you can't snap a game to TV

    Loving ZPaul's ideas and I'll take his banner image one step further in ITEM 1 below.

    SNAP ITEM 1:

    I'd really LOVE to be able to use SNAP without taking up so much screen for so little info. For example SNAP TV snaps 1/4 of the screen but only gives you the measly little TV picture at the top, why not be
    able to use TV like PIP? Or possibly allow SNAP in different formats like a bottom banner.
