[Snapping Apps] PLEASE let us remove all of the text that appears if we so want!! (more below)

I really like the snapping feature ... However, I rarely use it, because if I'm watching a TV channel for instance, there is so much text below the tv image that it makes it hard to watch the TV ... I don't understand why there can't be an option simply
to see the clean image without all of the extra stuff (like "recent channel", etc...)

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Gears of War 3

I received a text with the redeems to download Gears of War and Gears of War 3, but when I entered codes appears the next message on the screen:

Hey Justin, what's the full text listed when that error comes up? Would you be able to provide the full text of what's listed under 'more info?' Please let us know, so we can get this connection issue straightened out!

 

You mean the text in green?

 

yeah, the stuff that shows up under the channel (recent channel, suggested channel, etc)

 

I don't have a TV into my xbox, but the green text is when your using voice commands it shows the commands available, simply say stop listening and they will go.

No idea if there is an option to turn them off, you might want to post in the feedback forum or thread to make a suggestion.

 

That's not what I mean. I mean when you're watching a tv channel that is snapped, there is a lot of text below the screen that does not disappear.

 

Sry I don't have a TV plugged in to check, I recommend you contact live chat support and hopefully they can advice you properly.
