Snapped App "stretched" and doesn't fit properly

When I snap any app (except for the activity and achievements app) it seems to not fit on my TV. The far right side is just out of range and I can't read it all the way... It's not a lot, but just enough to cut off the last letter or number. I've looked
through the settings and haven't found anything to fix. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

instead of being "stretched" or "squashed".

Can you head over to Settings and check your display settings? Perhaps yours are set higher than the TV can handle at the moment.

 

All of my other games and while watching TV all fit just fine, or appear to be fine.

However while in the display settings in the aspect ratio part, I cannot see the green box around the outside. My TV is set to aspect ratio 16:9 and no other modes on my TV can make it so I can see the green box.

 

Do you have the ability to change it to 4:3 or 16:10 to see if that helps?

 

I don't have a 16:10 option, but when I set it to 4:3 it shrinks the screen. It still doesn't give me the green lines. It still looks like the same area is showing, just smaller and smooshed now.
