SNAP / VIEW button PLEASE !!!

Discus and support SNAP / VIEW button PLEASE !!! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; The VIEW button is useless.     Guide Button/Snap view issues

    Whenever I press the guide button, my snap view pops up and this screen pops up saying, "You need to install the game and app for this". I have a picture of this issue running on the preview of the October update posted below; but previously to the October update,
    I have had this issue since the launch of the Xbox one in November. Additionally, before the October update, the screen would go home as well as the snap view and would rapidly switch back and forth between snapped app and the main app or game I was running.

    I am having issues with the image uploader, so here is the the link to the image:

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection is not working.

    I am trying to access \Microsoft solitaire collection and I have a message " The feature you are trying to access does not work in SNAP VIEW. Please unsnap this view to continue. WHAT is SNAP VIEW? How do I unsnap it?

    Snap view issues

    Hi, I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but here are some possible answers:

    -You can switch between the snapped and fill app by saying "Xbox Switch" or double-tapping the Nexus/Xbox button

    -You can't mute Live TV when snapped right now

    -You can snap TV to a game, but you can't snap a game to TV
