Snap Removal

So I bought a large screen TV specifically to support the SNAP feature - on my old TV, the images was so smalll - just to find out that Microsoft, in its wisdom, decided to remove the feature. Hey, let's not fix it or make it better, let's just kill it.
UGH. So now, I'm going to have to go back to PC gaming. It's not the end of the world but after spending so much on the TV, the xbox 360 and one, the accessories, it all seems such a waste. And yes, if it weren't for SNAP, I'd never have switched at all. This
just sucks.

OneGuide missing from App

Same issue here. With the removal of One Guide snap I'm starting to think this is intentional. They seem to be removing one guide one feature at a time.

 

What's the best way to get a full refund because they removed snap?

Well no, because if we're using analogies, a car is your "hardware" and the radio is *also* hardware. You can't remove an item that has been hardwired to function within strict parameters. As I understand it, Snap was a "software" function and its removal
doesn't mean your hardware (or car) will run any slower. If anything, it's been removed to optimize PERFORMANCE - and that's applicable to whatever vehicle we're talking about. Snap, indeed.

Unfortunately, it turns into a horrible waste of money. I would have done other things had I known SNAP was just going to be removed. But hey, thanks for you input.
