Snap/Network/party invites>>> Please improve

Dear Xbox Support Team,

My concern is related to features added to xbox one are not convenience compare to 360.

Where did you get the idea of creating "SNAP" ? its absolutely useless and not convenience at all compare to 360

Solution : Update with reverse engineering to re-code it back to "one button' rather then " snap" functionality with multiple key request (tabing 3 times power button is not a solution , neither a function to add value to customer end)
> this should be your top priority to improve quality. It really doesnt require a "rocket engineering"

Searching / Adding Friends :

It takes me 20 more seconds to take this action in xbox one. Not sure why we cannot search/add with one button functionality.

Switching Screens / Glitches

When switchen screens, xbox one has terrible handling ratio vs PS4. Most of the time we see screen pausing/glitching, game stoping. I have friends have ps4 and i can see how easy to do something on ps4 vs xbox one.

Network/Internet :

Xbox 360 had a lot of network issues, when xbox 1 annouced they said they will add more servers (500k) , I get more online lagging then 360. I know it doesnt only relates to xbox , but xbox one should be able to handle any type ISP connection with no problem.
I have a personal computer have no issues with internet or OPEN NAT. why do we have to do advance setting to : portforwarding, static ip to be able to play games with less lag/latency

Also keep in mind, when other user has Modarete NAT setting, they have consistent problem joining OPEN nat connection. This is a second area where xbox engineers had to get their hands on. Which I didnt have much problem with 360 again with same connection
type. I actually upgrade my connection to 150mbs. 15 upload but stil lagging. And i do have OPEN NAT status.....

Solution : Improve networking channels, NAT, signal distribution, invest on network infrastructure....

hope to see a better experience with xbox one, as a 5 months user I can only say "with little extra work, improvement you guys stil will be at top"

xbox dashboard issues..

for those of you who ever have issues...

Please go to Settings > Network > Advance Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart
