Snap Functionality

    Snap Functionality


    So regarding the snap functionality. Perhaps you can do this and im an idiot or maybe it doesnt exist and im picky.

    But, currently I had just downloaded WarFrame and it is doing its mandatory update after installation. I have the game updating with TV app snapped to side. Now if i just have game running in background and watching tv unsnapped. The game will eventually
    quit on its own and i must restart download. When snapped I can only have the game on main and TV snapped to side. Is there a way to swap and have TV as main and game snapped to side so i can monitor update download.

    Also I feel like the snap feature needs for flexibility. I don't care for being limited to one side. id like to be able to 50\50 the screen or 75\25 like it is now. Also be able to move the snap area to left, right, top or bottom. In 50/50 snap screen mode
    we should be able to splitscreen vertically or horizontally I think we should be able to switch main and snap screens back and forth.

    ESPN App WTH??

    Completely agreed. The ESPN app's functionality in "snap" mode is close to useless. Does anyone know how to provide feedback to the developers of the ESPN app?

    I do agree in some aspects, i do miss the snap functionality, i did use this feature alot, they should give us the option of having alternate dashboards.

    Games cannot be snapped to the side I'm afraid. Also, many have requested for the ability to change the size of said-snapped apps, but their wish has not yet been granted.

    If you have your game running in the background and are watching TV full-screen, the update for your game should continue until it's done and not stop at all (provided you have a decent enough networking connection).

    as has been said twitch was on the platform first and has always supported streaming from the app, it used to work with the snap function until microsoft ditched the snap function, so open twitch app and select stream.
