Snap feature

now I assume the whole point of snap is to have the ability to do 2 things at once however when I snap anything my main screen goes black and I am unable to get back onto the main screen without closing the snapped app .... Also have tried to broadcast
on twitch Xbox says I'm broadcasting twitch says I am not was wondering if that and the snap issue are related either way anybody know anything about this as I don't see the point I may as well get a ps4 maybe that works how it's meant to .

Me and my friend are in a video call via skype, we want to know how to play a game, and have skype call going at the same time using the snap feature, how do we do it?

Snap feature

One of the main reasons I bought a Xbox One was because of the snap feature. Why in the world would you take that away from the same customers who purchased your console because of that feature that differentiates it from the PS4. Microsoft is seriously
making me reconsider switching to an Xbox from a PlayStation platform. I also feel that there should be some type of class action lawsuit for removing a feature that was a part of the console when we bought it. That's like removing the ability to play a game
and then just leaving you consumers with just a brick that can't do anything except watch blurays. We need this feature back or at least allow the end user the option to decide if they want to disable the snap feature instead of removing completely.

 

Sorry to hear it. As for the snap issue, try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Perhaps that will fix the issue with the screen going black.
