Snap feature back?? youtube streaming option for xbox??

When will the xbox snap feature ever come back to the xbox console.Its a very useful tool to use to multitask. you can be playing a video game but you want to watch something like a video, a gaming stream or a tv show. you should be able to snap that without
having to just do one particular thing. Instead of just playing your video game, you should be able to play and watch a show or whatever you want to snap while you playing your video game. Also why cant we stream youtube on xbox?? ps4 can stream yt, twitch
and whatever else why can't we have a option to youtube stream. i know we got mixer but for youtubers on xbox they should be able to stream on youtube without having to move to ps4 to do so. It should be polls to bring these kind of things to xbox

Can I stream on twitch, and have another app snapped in place of twitch?

I've been looking for a method to run background music while streaming for a while, and all I see that works is using groove, which I don't really feel like getting as it doesn't even have the music that I like, which is on youtube. Is there any way to snap
youtube while streaming? It seems whenever I try to snap it while streaming, either it will stop the stream and snap youtube, or it doesn't even react at all. Does anyone know the answer to this question? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Xbox one snap feature

Alright I'm not the greatest at explaining my ideas by writing it but I'll do my best.... So basically what I am asking for for the option to make the xbox one snap feature transparent. I want this feature because I personally think the snap feature
takes up to much tv/monitor space so with the transparent feature this will basically make it so it won't take up as much space. An example of this feature is when playing a youtube vid it will make it where it places it where the person wants like the twitch
kinect camera on the top/bottom right or top/bottom left sides of the screen. I personally like listening to music when playing, But I hate how the pandora/youtube/groove music looks, I can't concentrate when I have 25% of my screen taken by a stupid side
panel.If the transparent snap feature isn't possible I would like for certain apps to be playable in the background such like pandora/youtube/groove music. PLEASE MAKE THIS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From what has been said in the past Snap will not be making a return.

Xbox Users can stream to Twitch you just need to open the game/app and start a broadcast.

It is down to the Developers of the Youtube app to implement streaming.
